| Our strategy is to deliver shareholder value by generating growth organically, by strengthening customer relationships and by the acquisition of businesses with complementary product and skill sets. Four successful acquisitions, restructuring our business into two divisions and the resulting return to profitability since our April 2007 year end are evidence of the success of this strategy.
SpiriTel has evolved into a full service provider of converged voice and data services, with the objective that customers recognise SpiriTel as a fully accredited centre of excellence for its product lines.
The key components of our strategy are:
- Acquire: to add earnings enhancing businesses that deliver new customers and complimentary products and services and/or opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains by combining them with our existing infrastructure.
- Integrate: to absorb acquired skills and products into our broadening portfolio and enhance our customer proposition, including realising cost saving opportunities.
- Grow: to generate organic and acquisitive growth by cross-selling more products and services to existing customers and adding new customers by acquisition.
